We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you fill out a contact form, subscribe to our newsletter, complete the AI Readiness Survey, or use AffinIT tools inside ChatGPT (the AffinIT IT Support app). This may include your name, company, email address, phone number, survey responses, consultation preferences, and quote or emergency callback requests.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, deliver requested reports and resources, schedule follow-up with our team, improve our services, and send you relevant news and updates where you have opted in.

Survey responses are used to generate your personalized report and are kept confidential. We never share your data without consent.

ChatGPT App

The AffinIT IT Support experience inside ChatGPT is limited to sales and intake actions: booking a consultation (including a link to our Calendly page), requesting a quote, and obtaining emergency contact information. It does not provide access to support tickets, client records, or other AffinIT internal systems.

When you use those tools, we may store a lead record and notify AffinIT staff so we can follow up. Existing clients who need ticket support should use our support portal or call us.

Website Chat Assistant

If you use the AffinIT Assistant chat widget on our website, we store the conversation (messages, approximate time, and technical details such as IP address) so our team can improve the experience and follow up when you share contact information.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to operate the AffinIT admin portal (for example, to keep you signed in securely). These are required for authenticated features to work.

We do not currently use advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking cookies on the public AffinIT website. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Access tokens for ChatGPT are stored hashed; HaloPSA credentials are encrypted at rest.
